      Great projects and customers in all the areas

      I was part of Dell 12 years ago and unfortunately the last year NTT adquired Dell Services. I noticed the difference as soon as we become NTT. Leadership started laying employees and they did not care about people, they only care about numbers. Now I have to work day and night to met the customer deliverables/contract.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
