Pros
Global footprint and still some very smart people left.
Cons
Dimension Data (North America) is led by a group of "good old boys" who refuse to acknoweldge the feedback from the people that interface with customers (engineers, consultants, and account management) they have led what was once a highly respected systems integrator to its current schizophrenic state, they simply cannot decide what they want to do and seem oblivious to the near constant attrition of their best and brightest. Their credibility with their primary partner is nonexistant in most markets outside of the Northeast.
