      Bad Immigration system.. treating their employee like others not their family.. Poor bench period Bad healthm employee Benefits Hard to get Visability. Not alot of Management Support Poor Communication with NTT -

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
