      Exciting projects allow for engaging work. The workflow is super organized and project management is key. NTT has a LOT of development talent

      Cons

      The decentralized HR makes it difficult to get any software upgrade let alone find any guidance when it comes to benefits. The work culture is highly cut throat. Nobody knows NTT.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
