      Pros

      Exposure to great technical work from freshmen days. Gives great opportunity to learn CMMi Processes. Good chance for Networking in the big organization

      Cons

      Manager driven. Not Flexible with allowing Employees to switch work streams. Benefits are really limited. No Bonus or hikes every year. Growth gets limited once you reach a PM designation.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
