Good money. Decent Perks. Easy interview process. Oppurtunity to learn from fortune 50 companies. Lot of different vendor experience

Cons

No growth prospect. Inexperienced managers. No proper training plan. Job instability. Location is boring. Very old fashion of management

Pros

Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

Cons

Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
