      Being Virtual. Nothing else.

      Cons

      They are a cheap company and if you're a dataskills consultant their is a slim chance you're ever get converted to a full timer status . The delivery teams speak broken english and have a arrogant tone that does not appeal to team building.

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
