Pros
Company values are good. With good blend of experience in leadership. Above all, if your are 100% utilized, then you get 100% Variable pay, which not performance driven.
Cons
Skills & seniority doesn't guaranty proportional salary. Weak in bagging or getting projects. Operation department like immigration are to lazy and no transparency. Even though lot of internal service support tools are available, but still there is no proper transparency in process flow. Policy are only on documents.
