Good for learning. Various training are conducted by practice Training & internal project will help projecting good learning curve initially. Colleagues are helpful even cross module wise.
Cons
Frequent policy changes due to aquisition of Keane & Intelligroup by NTT DATA. Pay scale is below average compared to Industry.Take home/cash in hand is very less. Many employees are victim under the Time bound promotion policies
