- No work/life balance - Set up like a staffing agency, could lose your contract at any given time w/no fault of your own - In order to climb the ladder, you must be willing to travel 99% of the time as this is a requirement for many of the positions - HR is horrible! Seems like they don't know what the other hand is doing - IT dept is the same way. Very frustrating. - Once your project is over, you are kept in a limbo status (arrive to work everyday though!) until a new contract/position comes open and you can apply. If not, you will be canned.
