Pros

No Pros. Its my personal revivew

Cons

Hike and Promotion procedure is not good. To get hike the following requirements has to be completed: 1. NLCI -- Its a exam which doesn't have any value in the market. Its internal exam which we have to clear with 70% if you are in grade 6. 2. After clearing the exam you have to give some presentation which is related to your environment and some thing you have implemented in your environment and you have to get 3 ratings out of 5. 3. after this you have to attend 4-5 class room sessions. for that you have to take permission from your manager prior and more over every time the session will be full before we enroll it is very difficult to get the enrollment for the class room session. 4.after all this your manager rating is considered. 4.a) if your manager rating is 3 you will get only hike after all this procedures and and only after completion of 18 months. 4.b) if your manger rating is 4 you will get hike after 1 year and promotion after 1.5 years. (but Manager giving 4 rating is LOL) So please re consider your decision before joining NTT Data. Cheers. I am searching out for a new job.

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
