      Good Company to start career and grow. Provides opportunities for growth and learning. Some amount of Work-Life balance.

      Cons

      Mid-level and senior Management is bad. Some of the senior management uses discretionary authority to bypass policies to benefit favored employees. Does not let employees do 360 Degree Reviews. Some of the Managers doing performance appraisals use it curtail employee growth.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
