Pros

Great collegues within team ! Car allowance (So far I know in Switzerland, Germany, Austria) Company Phone There is not really that much positive to mention. Lots to learn.

Cons

Salary is compared to other positions in Switzerland roughly 20 % lower than elsewhere. You are being sent to jobs, without relevant certifications or poor knowledge....which is like a mine field on customer site. They charge the customers a huge daily rate for you , but are not able to give you a training course in time. I asked several time the last 8 months for product training,...and I still haven`t got it. That`s sad and poor. I`ve been 14 months at the company, and you often feel left alone with everything. The company doesn`t " care " enough about its employees. Travel time is NOT work time. Means you have to get up 3 in the morning to be at customer site in time,....you all do this in your free time. Promised salary raise never happened. Seems they will offer you a salary raise after you terminated your contract, because you were fed up with the company. There is no real career possible within this company as a security consultant.

The company is rising the ranks as they are combining all of their internal business teams and processes as well as they are capable of.

Cons

You are a number. The family dedication of 'doing whatever it takes to get the job done' is gone, as new management has come in and made everything a calculation. They have slashed every US job they can, and if you're in the EU and your role can be sent to India, you are next. If your individual math doesn't add up for longer than 2 weeks, you'll be on your way out. If you are on vacation, you are also questioned about that math not adding up. Just added a bench process to get everyone infighting for roles they aren't appropriate for and dragging out their personal needs. A select few are exempt, even though the bench process isn't fully working or completely understood. Reporting structures are all in flux and everyone is 3 months into the year without identified goals or team reporting set for the year.
