Pros

Only cons I can see is most of the project offering WFH.

Cons

1. Very toxic environment. 2. Every one like team lead or Mentor, feel himslef/helfself as a god of the company and loaded with egos. 3. They treat you like a slave and not friendly at all. 4. The manager/Lead and whoever from senior position from the team are hungry to be called themself as Sir and If you don't pamper them then you'll get 1or 2% hike. On the other side if someone is technically very poor and always greet them very politely then he/she will get more percentage of hike then you. Last but not the least, company is good but it's just that people working here are Devil and polluting the working environment. Specially for Noida location, Almost all leads and mentor including (Scrum master, Manager, BO etc..) all are very very egoistic and ruthless people and they don't even think twice to put you down in front of large group of people of team or even then scold you like anything.

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
