Pros

Friendly and supportive colleagues Engaging projects, though many are unorganized Competitive salary package Modern and comfortable office space Relaxed work environment with manageable pressure

Cons

Firstly, regarding the projects: it seems like the Greek office often ends up taking on projects, many of which have been mishandled by the parent office in Spain. This leads to a lot of disorganized, messy projects landing on our side, with the Greek team left to carry the burden of "resurrecting" them. Secondly, the Greek office has a bit of a startup mindset when it comes to processes, which can lead to a lack of structure. While the HR team I interacted with during recruitment was friendly and helpful, the people handling internal operations could use some serious improvement. They don’t seem very motivated to address issues that would make daily work smoother, and there’s often a noticeable attitude problem. It’s also surprising that we still don’t have a straightforward way to check or request vacation days. We have to email HR every time, which feels unnecessarily outdated and inconvenient.

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
