Pros
Okay-ish work-life balance because of the option to work fully remote.
Cons
No sense of culture. No team building. General lack of respect between people with different seniority levels. No appreciation, bonus cuts in spite of very positive results. Working with people from different business groups inside Nokia feels like working with your archnemesis, nobody wants to help or treat you with respect.
