Pros
good work life balance in most cases. Average Salaries comparing to other companies in the industry. No problems with payments even in extreme cases of capital controls. Raises are tiny non important.
Cons
Most projects include legacy very hard to maintain code. Languages used are mostly proprietary nokia while modern software engineering techniques are ignored or not known at all. Managers are at most not at all technical exprerienced and also having trouble on managing their staff. Employees are over estimated and others under estimated.
