      work -life balance is there at nsn we will get chance to work with advanced technologies they are telecom domain expertise

      Cons

      company is not in profit making state from its starting and struggling with competitors in the telecom domain esp ericsson and huawei

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
