      flexible timing good colleagues nice work life balance free food snacks

      Cons

      less compensation compared to competitors they need technical managers instead of people managers employees are not utilized properly strictly follow some process which is not helping them

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
