      Pros

      At NSN you are seen as an individual and you are supported on your personal growth. NSN has a great focus on innovation, quality products and building interesting stuff

      Cons

      As any other big company, the salaries are balanced on what there is on the market and you don't get a very high salary. You may need to work with several different people and although the average competence level is pretty good, in so many people there are some not that good.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
