      1.Great work and family balance. 2.Global exposure. 3.fairly good salary. 4.Good working environment. 5.Nice HR policies.

      1.Lot of bureaucracy 2.No clear vision in top management. 3.flat structure due to which growth opportunity is less. 4.Constant restructuring in organization which creates lot of confusion.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
