      Passionate People. Friendly and non-political culture. Open challenging dialog. Problem solving mentality. Multinational - global company. Small feel within large organization. Flexible working models.

      Cons

      lack of true commitment to quality. sacrifice quality and usability over time deadlines. stuck in technology rather than leveraging it as an enabler. too many "empowered" people with vito rights in the company.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
