Pros
- HMO is the best. this is the only reason I'm staying here - free gym (but I don't use it) - flexible time but depends on your team. some teams have fix schedules
Cons
- office politics - engineers are promoted to managers even though they don't fit the role - salary in not competitive. they keep giving excuse of they are "above average" compare to other companies - every small annual salary increase. sometimes you even get none (specially if you're not in good terms with your manager) - no formal training when put in a new project - some managers don't know what they are doing - work-life balance is a lie - they expect their people to be outspoken and outgoing. if you are not a social person, then don't expect any promotions
