Pros
No dress code, Flexi time, A lot of career opportunities, Office premises are nice. You can watch youtube and use facebook (though I'm not sure anymore how long it will last)
Cons
People are not well compensated. Toxic environment, their so called work-life balance is not true, you are almost always required to render overtime. There's a high tendency to get overworked as some teams are undermanned but there are no new hires. Management don't stick to their word, They will promise a fun place to work but in reality, all of these were applicable only 3 years ago. There's no "work and play" environment anymore as they advertise. And despite having having a lot of possible work opportunities, career growth is slow. Things are also going downhill, there's a lot of changes which doesn't please employees.
