the communication is good, and the work envrionment is good. quality is important in Nokia. Nokia have more and more empolyees .and all over the world. China is an import reasearch and development center.
Cons
the promotion is narrow. and the senior employee are not more. in Nokia we have more and more develop tools. so we need more time to learn it. it will cost too many time. and some are not good.
