Pros
Work is interesting, challenging and fun. People are bright, hardworking and motivated. Health care and insurance benefits are very good. I believe that salary is okay, though not the highest in the industry.
Cons
Very difficult to achieve work-life balance; most of us are overworked! Limited opportunities for career advancement. Many cliques and egos.
