appraisal is least in the market no appreciation for any work you have to be the part of politics any how you will be working under a person who is planning his retirement definitely learning is least as compared to other product based company donkeys and horses are same for them(only specific will get noticed) no visibility and 1-1 with manager fresher don't spoil your career by joining this organization
