Pros
Managers were very understanding and reasonable. I never had problem asking for time off and communicating with my immediate managers. Benefits were nice and I had no complaints. Flexible working hours
Cons
Career advancement is not very well defined. Lack of communication between upper and lower management. Annoying security setup at the office.
