- 6% company match for 401k - flexible work time
Cons
- It's very difficult to get any promotions. Company is interested in the cheapest engineers. - Your salary is based on your nationality not on the competence. Finnish engineers have the highest salaries. On the same position engineer from LAM would get 60 000 - 70 000 $ per year. But Finnish engineer would get 90 000 - 100 000 $. - Most managers don't respect you at all. You wouldn't get any compensation for the overtime or night work.
