Pros
Was a great place to work. I've had great and experienced colleagues and managers. Learnt a lot and made good friends while working in different areas. Spent here 20.5 years.
Cons
No clear direction. Continuous reorganization in the hope that productivity will increase. New methodologies pushed from management hoping the same without considering the nature of tasks/opinions of the engineers. Pointless meetings. Wasted time/effort on tools duplicated/never used. Hard work rarely appreciated. On the other hand pretend you're and expert and talk a lot about a topic (or nothing) and will get promoted. Some selection seems to be done something else than experience.
