      *Has many benefits like, buy a bicycle each year, health insurance, fitness payed, 13th salary, performance bonus. *You can change the job inside company any time with some approvals, or after 1.5 years without any approval. *Class A offices

      Cons

      depending on the team you are working, there can be few bad people or the manager that can make your life miserable, but most of the peoples and managers are ok.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
