-company is focused on making profits -the plan is on right track -sold of loss making divisions ,focus is on 4G ,IP etc -good bonus from last 2013 onwards
Cons
- Horrible culture , -some teams are build based on people from same ethinic background - if you are not from same community you will probably remain were you are . -"0" quality
