      Pros

      Flexible work schedule remote working capabilities.

      Cons

      The company structure is changing every 6 months, once you understand the new structure then it changes. After every change and while the structure is finally settled you are told to act in a business as usual mode. Global Processes are very inefficient and no one seems to care. Management speeches are not aligned with what is happening in the regions

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
