management never thinks about old employee with more than 5+ year exp. they dont give good hike. some bad manager try show there boss that they saving money for company by repeating same bad story during appraisal time. Nokia(Bangalore) dont know how to keep motivated and happy there old employee who work tirelessly. Some manager just distributing full cream to employee who previously belong to old project handling company like . During hike time management use to say no profit. but for new hiring they hire person with 3 time salary compare to current employee who is more exp. skilled and talented.
