      Pros

      Work life balance is good. Ample time explore new ideas. Internal mobility is smooth. Opportunity to work latest tech stack. Helping and friendly nature of people around you.

      Cons

      Salary is less compared to the market standards. May be you spend time working on multiple things though you are hired as Java developer, this might good or bad for some people. Not enough cloud related resources for developer.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
