Pros
Excellent benefits, health plan etc. Team is great and friendly. Good work-life balance despite the reduced resources. Management is trustful and give you enough empowerment to develop and implement your ideas.
Cons
Lots of reorg in the last few years. Severe job cuts bringing much tension and anxiety to the day to day. Very limited career opportunities as the company is shrinking. Business is down, losing market share and struggling to make a difference on the smart devices division.
