      Salary was decent, bonus was good. standard benefits. Flexible work options. Solid product forecast. Good culture and values.

      Cons

      Ruthless layoffs after multiple companies merged. Difficult to get promoted unless you are located in a corporate headquarters location, which offers more job mobility.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
