Pros
At Nokia you will deal with one of the brightest minds in telecommunications Engineering. The technology and equipment is up to date and Nokia NEVER cuts corners from design to manufacturing! The work life balance is really cool and the processes and systems in place are mature and established.
Cons
The only cons I can remember is the cafeteria had horrible food :) also the pay was slightly below par industry staindards but benefits and RRSP matching was a plus!
