      Pros

      Good time off. Good work life balance. Good 401K match.

      Cons

      Nokia is on a path for failure. Hopefully the new CEO can make a difference, but the rest of the upper management are completely clueless. Software competence is almost zero. No accountability, so teams that failure continue to do so over and over and over.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
