      Pros

      A variety of fun and innovative technology projects to work on. The pay for my years of experience is great and the people I work with are fantastic in all regards.

      Cons

      In an older building and not enough electric car charging stations. But a new one will be built in the next coming years.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
