Pros
Good place to work. Great mentoring of newly hired engineers, but confusing amount of paperwork one has to deal with even after staying for 1 year. Would recommend as a starting place but not for mid-career engineer
Cons
As explained above, the paperwork can get you down, and if you are not pro-active and seek out people who know stuff better, can easily get frustrated by small detail
