      - Hybrid working that is very flexible - Access to learning/training platforms - Big projects

      Cons

      - Old colleagues especially from Siemens are very bad engineers. - Chaotic processes that are a waste of time - Very bad code quality, no proper testing - No documentation - Lack of truly experienced engineers to guide you - Almost no handover/training - Bad management - Mediocre raises

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
