      Pros

      I worked at Nokia for a year, which was a great experience. As in every big corporation, how you feel inside depends on the team. The environment was great, with good professionals to collaborate with.

      Cons

      It was not possible to relocate inside Finland and I had to leave the company within a year.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
