In my team there is no career growth other than getting more responsibilities for the same paycheck. Higher management blocks recruitment even though we are highly understaffed. Salary increase is once a year and it's very low even for high performers (under 5%). Warning - my specific job is oriented on inside company knowledge. It will not teach you ANY tools useful outside of the company, so keep that in mind
