6yThank you for leaving us a review. Its pleasing to learn that you enjoyed the nature of work in general. The Field Service Engineer role is a remote home working role and requires the FSE to work on his or her own initiative prioritising tickets and if required seeking advice and support from his fellow co-workers and supervisors. We have recently enforced regular 1-1s, this is key to understanding how people are performing and addressing any issues they may have.
