      Pros

      The people you work with day-to-day are brilliant. Flexible in terms of work life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is generally on the low end of the scale for the same job titles elsewhere. 'EXCO' members all out of touch with staff and try to micromanage everything. Being forced to come into a smaller office with hotdesking because they need to justify what they spent on it. ZERO culture within the company. As long as you clock in and clock out then they are content with what's going on.

      Pros

      Good company, convenient location and kind of unique technology deployed in various Wi-Fi mobile platforms! Incredible technical manager, within a hard-working and dedicating team! A lot to learn and express your capabilities, type of open doors company, etc The management is doing his best to keep a nice and decent work environment, while balancing the customers demand vs. available resources!

      Cons

      More US than Commonwealth "customer service" type of business approach, all the shortcuts coming back multiplied and hurts the business.
