      Pros

      Remote Working, and some really talented engineers.

      Cons

      Absolutely rudderless from the top down. The company has suffered from a succession of CTOs who have been, in order; disinterested, a lame duck, a charlatan, and finally completely out of touch with reality. Micromanaging every tiny aspect of some project while ignoring huge strategic issues, selectively hearing only what you want from a coterie of sycophants effectively sealing the exec team in an echo chamber of self perpetuating rubbish and infighting, while the company burns around them.

      Pros

      Good company, convenient location and kind of unique technology deployed in various Wi-Fi mobile platforms! Incredible technical manager, within a hard-working and dedicating team! A lot to learn and express your capabilities, type of open doors company, etc The management is doing his best to keep a nice and decent work environment, while balancing the customers demand vs. available resources!

      Cons

      More US than Commonwealth "customer service" type of business approach, all the shortcuts coming back multiplied and hurts the business.
