      Pros

      - nice colleagues - some colleagues actually know what they are doing - if you open your eyes you might catch a glimpse of stuff to learn

      Cons

      - no information, communication or documentation - the management has no idea what they are doing - instead of sacking the ones responsible for bad Projects or incompentent PMs or C-Level Staff, they rather get rid of the actual working staff - egoism is the way to go

      Pros

      Good company, convenient location and kind of unique technology deployed in various Wi-Fi mobile platforms! Incredible technical manager, within a hard-working and dedicating team! A lot to learn and express your capabilities, type of open doors company, etc The management is doing his best to keep a nice and decent work environment, while balancing the customers demand vs. available resources!

      Cons

      More US than Commonwealth "customer service" type of business approach, all the shortcuts coming back multiplied and hurts the business.
