Fixed turnarounds 14 days on, 14 days off. Good benefits, descent medical service and pension plan. Paid vacations up to 7 weeks. Steady job. Salary higher than average. Excellent place to learn and share your knowledge.
Cons
Stiff structure. Old fashion politics involved at all levels, specially in the union. Lack of HR selection puts unskilled, unprepared, indifferent people in any position. Your merits are not taken into count for a promotion.
