Pros
Global Organization with great colleagues. The majority of the employee base really wants to help the company to be successful
Cons
Members of senior management are ineffective. Experienced and successful senior managers are prevented from thinking. Employees are prevented from having any impact and are treated as though they have nothing intelligent to contribute. People are quick to take credit for successes whether they actually contributed to the success and reluctant to take accountability for a failure. Promotions are given to the incorrect individuals.
